What about business owners? Aren't many of you looking for more clients? If you are clear about the kind of people you want to reach, all you have to do is ask and keep asking. You need to learn and practice asking skills. Right now I know a woman with cancer who is receiving treatments that she has no coverage for. She has asked for financial help from her network of friends and associates [the vast majority of whom are friends, too] and I know she's in the neighborhood of 90% done with raising money.
